NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bid Packages for PLCC will be received by Christopher Wright, Treasurer, PLCC, 4401 Shriver Road, Uniontown, OH 44685, until 3:00 pm local time on Thursday June 6, 2013.

Immediately after the time for filing of proposals has expired they will be opened and publicly read. The project consists of one (1) Bid Package.

Bid Package No. 1 includes kitchen equipment, including freight and delivery, as specified below.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00 pm local time, Tuesday May 28, 2013, at PLCC, 4401 Shriver Road, Uniontown, OH 44865. Kitchen walk through to take place May 28, 2013 following the pre-bid meeting.

Hard copies of each proposal shall be sealed in an opaque envelope, addressed to the Portage Lakes Career Center, with the name of the contractor and project name plainly marked on the envelope.
