Student Information

No need to worry about finding your way around a new school. We’re here to help and show you the opportunities to become involved and really gain the most out of your time at PLCC.

Find out how much college credit you can earn from each of our respected college partners, fill out the paperwork for a school-to-work position to gain hands-on experience and earn a paycheck, join the organizations that can best suit your style, and let our guidance department give you the time and attention to prepare for standardized tests, or debate tough career and college options.
All you have to do is take the first step.

Student Handbook

We believe your future is directly affected by your school experiences. Preparation is essential to have a successful future, so we’ve compiled a handbook to outline the goals and expectations of our students.

School to Work Placement

PLCC is all about giving you every advantage to market yourself and get your foot-in-the-door.

We encourage you to excel in academics and program labs so that you can participate in our school-to-work program.

School-to-work is all about applying your skills in the job market and being paid for your talents. We partner with several businesses around the district to provide you a working atmosphere to really learn about your potential career field. To learn more about our school-to-work program, see Ms. Clarke.

Wearing uniforms is a requirement of every program at PLCC.  Uniform expectations have been established to promote professional, real world criteria, promote discipline, maintain professional workplace order, and secure the safety of students and provide a healthy educational environment.

PLCC is pleased to offer the initial set of uniforms free of cost to families. However, if parents or students wish to purchase additional uniform items, they can now do so by clicking the link for their respective grades below.
